Who needs Folli Oil?
If you experience irritation after shaving or waxing (such as shaving rash, razor burn, ingrown hairs) then Folli Oil will help calm, heal and nourish your skin.
Which Folli Oil products should I use?
All Folli Oil products can be used anywhere on the face or body such as legs, bikini, underarm, chest, back or face/neck/beard for men.
Emergency Fix is a 'spot' treatment for specific irritations such as inflamed ingrown hairs. Daily Treatment Oil is a moisturiser for daily use to prevent irritation and promote healthy, smooth skin.
How quickly after hair removal can I use Folli Oil?
Folli Oil products can be used immediately after shaving or waxing to calm the skin and encourage healing. Many of our customers take Daily Treatment Oil to the salon and ask the therapist to apply immediately after waxing as a post-wax product.
How often should I use Folli Oil?
Like all skincare products, Folli Oil products only work when you use them. Emergency Fix can be applied as and when required (up to 3 times a day). We recommend making Daily Treatment Oil part of your daily skincare regime, apply to clean skin (after bathing).
When will I see results?
You should start to feel an improvement within 30 minutes of using Emergency Fix as irritation subsides. Daily Treatment Oil takes at least two weeks of daily use to see results.
Is Folli Oil safe?
Our products are regulated to EU standards (stricter than the USA/Canada). Folli Oil products are 100% natural and free from artificial colour/fragrance, synthetic preservatives, parabens, petrochemicals, phthalates, ethanolamines and are gluten-free and Vegan.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, we are cruelty-free.
How does it smell?
Folli Oil contains a blend of pure essential oils including Lavender, Peppermint, Lemon and Tea Tree. The uplifting, light fragrance is citrus/mint and dissipates after a few minutes.
Can I return the product?
Yes, we accept all returns no questions asked within 60 days of purchase. Just email hello@follioil.com with your name, address and order number and details of the item you would like to return. Please note we can only accept products purchase from our website.
How will Folli Oil be posted?
We post all products in an unbranded, brown box.
